1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 1hplus ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 1hplus website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the 1hplus platform, or using any of the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 1hplus Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 1hplus Services.

These Terms apply to all users of 1hplus, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform without an account, and any person accessing the Services from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where access to 1hplus is lawful.

2.Eligibility

Access to and use of the 1hplus Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. 1hplus strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the 1hplus platform in any capacity.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 1hplus is legal in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 1hplus. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 1hplus or by any regulatory authority, at the time of registration or use.

1hplus reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending verification.

3.Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 1hplus Services, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by 1hplus for identity verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1hplus account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Notify 1hplus immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

1hplus will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your 1hplus account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in accordance with these Terms.

1hplus reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1hplus platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 1hplus supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers to and from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

The following payment methods are not accepted and must not be used to fund a 1hplus account: credit cards (in accordance with Philippine regulations prohibiting credit card funding of gambling accounts) and any form of cryptocurrency.

Regarding deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as published on the 1hplus platform and may be updated from time to time;
• Deposits are generally credited to your 1hplus account in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions;
• Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on the sending institution.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 1hplus may require you to submit government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership before processing your first withdrawal;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within three (3) minutes of approval;
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days;
• 1hplus reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any active bonus wagering requirements.

All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance checks in accordance with Philippine law. 1hplus may request additional documentation to satisfy AML obligations at any time.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

1hplus offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met;
• 1hplus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings;
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering requirements, the decision of 1hplus shall be final.

6.Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 1hplus platform operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in certified studios operating under strict protocols.

By participating in any game on 1hplus, you agree to abide by the specific rules applicable to that game as published on the platform. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 1hplus reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. No claim for winnings arising from a technical malfunction will be honored.

1hplus prohibits the use of any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including but not limited to bots, automated betting systems, and collusion. Violation of this provision will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1hplus platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person;
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the 1hplus platform or its underlying systems;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 1hplus staff or other players;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

8.Responsible Gaming

1hplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates in alignment with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines. The 1hplus platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Gambling is addictive. Know when to stop.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 1hplus platform without the prior written consent of 1hplus.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1hplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

The 1hplus platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, 1hplus does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Services.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of 1hplus to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.Privacy and Data Protection

1hplus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 1hplus platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.Amendments to These Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
